Increased blood glucose, on the other hand, may put the individual at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Quite evidently, it's a must for everyone to deal with chronic stress effectively. Otherwise, all sorts of health issues may come into being one day. Especially nowadays when the price of obtaining medical attention is not easy on the pocket, staying as healthy as possible is a requirement.

Luckily, managing chronic stress doesn't have to be a complicated endeavor. Plenty of activities are very good at calming down both the body and mind, resulting in a considerable reduction in one's cortisol levels.
