Growth is inevitable, people are supposed to go through stages and live lives as adult on the right time. Once a person grows, their brain would change as well and be mature in terms of thinking about responsibilities, career, studies and more. This stage often takes place after puberty where often tines the changes initially happens. This is the stage of life where there are so man confusions and pressure built inside the human brain which can cause a problem. Being a young adult sure is not easy. Being a teenager means feeling so many different emotions within the day and they are not used to it. Being exposed to any kind of abuse at home, school and other places could be a huge reason for them to acquire such disorders.

Depression is usually a strong sense of sadness and anger that is quite overwhelming to carry. Being depressed would often make one feel constant pain like stomach ache and headache. Additionally, constant thought about death is running through their head because they feel worthless.

Anxiety on the other and is something closely related to depression where those who have this feels constant fear, panic and trauma and more. Youngsters with such problem are seemingly over emotional and unresponsive. They also easily get uneasy.

Eating disorder can be classified into two types, anorexia and bulimia. Anorexia is an eating problem where person eats only a small amount of food or they never eat all. Bulimia is overeating of foods they do not need and purging them after. Usually women who have either of the two are suffering from pressure that is gradually put on their shoulder.

These things are serious and could be a reason of bigger problems for the individual and family on the long run. To prevent anything bad from happening, it is best to have those family members having such sign to be checked by experts. That way they are helped with medication and treatment for their unwanted thoughts.
